This is an awesome story from the group that we are going to be partnering with in Mexico:
Prayer

Today as a leadership team we prayed through most of the areas of ministry that are going on at Riverview and as we prayed through them, I noticed that at least half of the ministries are new within the past four years and many of the ministries are stuff that we prayed through about 5 years ago. It’s awesome to look back and see God doing so much and also look forward with hope to the future.

If you use Revolution Money, you get $25 right away and account transactions are free. Not bad.
EDIT: Here’s a nice write up in USA Today about the company.

Jaden (talking outloud):
What smells?
It’s not me.
Is it you guys (looking at me and Suz)
(we shake our heads)
maybe it’s God.
Oh, wait, He doesn’t have a butt.
Sister

My sister just started a new blog and posted this about Jaden:
Parker is precious and Jaden is funny as ever. Today I was getting ready in the bathroom and had my Kent State sweater hanging on the door knob. Jaden asked what the letters spelled. I told him what it said and this was his response:
“Oh yeah, well I like Ohio State better than Michigan and if anyone tries to tell me anything else (putting his hands over his ears), I say ‘lalala’ and don’t listen to them.”
They train him well!
Leadership and Character

I was listening to NPR today as they were discussing Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick. One Commentator had a really good thought:
Sometimes talent can get you to a place that your character can’t keep you.
